What we do.
Venture Property have a team of 100 property finders right round New Zealand who negotiate great deals for you every day.
These deals are then brought to our attention and Venture Property then completes its own due diligence to make sure the deal is good enough to warrant your time. We then market these deals for our finders.
The deals we present to our database are under contract and pre negotiated to offer the best possible terms and conditions that can be achieved. We send out an email to the members of venture property who we think will be interested in the deal.
If a deal interest’s you then simply call or email back and discuss it with a member of our sales team.
If you wish to do any further Due Diligence or wish to place an offer on the property with your own clause’s to secure the deal we are more than happy to help you with this. The deals we present are only emailed out to you once we have completed our own due diligence to make sure that each deal has some real level of value this will either include some great Cash flow or a nice discount to either valuation or GV.
Or Both!
Once you are happy with the deal and decide to purchase we are happy to recommend mortgage brokers and local property managers or do anything else to make your investment a huge success.
The question we get most often is do we charge a finder’s fee? Well no we do not we have found that finder’s fees just make it harder for investors to continue buying because they mostly cannot be included in your lending and so we include our fee in the purchase price of the deal.
